• If you’ve booked a service (like a consultation or creative session), you'll receive a calendar invite with session details within 24 hours.

• For digital downloads, a secure download link will be delivered to your email immediately or within 15 minutes.​

• For items that require access, please allow 24 business hours to allow access granted.

Rescheduling or Cancellations:
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by contacting kris@kndrsn.com. Refunds are only provided if cancellations are made within this window.
